How can I make a booking?
All bookings are made securely through Booking.com. Choose your property, select your dates, and complete the reservation there. Contact us for any questions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Standard & Genius Rates: Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. Within 5 days: one night’s stay is non-refundable. Promotional Rate: Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in; within 5 days, all payments are non-refundable. Bookings within 30 days: Deposits may be immediate and non-refundable.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval and typically appear in 5–10 business days, via the original payment method, following the cancellation rules.
Are there any additional fees?
Cleaning fees apply. Some properties may require a refundable security deposit. Late check-outs: $300; noise violations after 10 PM: $500.
